Background and Experience
Keiko is originally from Japan and studied in New Zealand for four years, graduating from the University of Otago. After returning to Japan, she built nearly ten years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and in marketing & public relations for international brands. She worked at luxury hotels and global companies, where she developed strong skills in guest relations, brand communication, and marketing.
After relocating to New Zealand, Keiko shifted her focus toward the wellness field, combining her hospitality background with a passion for holistic practices and mental wellbeing. At Hana Counselling, she contributes to content design, social media communication, and administrative operations.
