Join us for a joyful ππΎ and energising β‘ West African inspired dance session facilitated by dance movement therapist Kris Walsh. This welcoming session draws inspiration from West African dance ππ₯ and is offered in a spirit of respect π€, connection π«, and community π§‘.
No dance experience is needed β every body is welcome π
West African dance is known for its vibrant rhythms π₯ and expressive whole body movements ππΎβ¨. It offers a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your body π§ββοΈ, warm up during the colder season βοΈβ‘οΈπ₯, explore rhythm πΆ, release stress πΏ, and experience the joy of moving together in a supportive community space π€.
This session is open to the community π and designed to be inclusive, interactive and fun π
