Background and Experience

Andie Morton (they/them) is a Professional Coach and an Agile Product and Project Specialist, and they are a member of the International Coaching Federation. Andie has held various senior leadership positions in technology companies and identifies as non-binary trans. They are passionate about supporting all rainbow communities and currently serve as the Treasurer of Rainbow Auckland and a volunteer for Outline NZ.

Certifications

International Coaching Federation (ICF) Member: Actively working toward the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

• Executive and Organisational Coaching: Completed a Certificate in Executive and Organisational Coaching.

• Agile Expertise: Holds various qualifications, including the SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.

• Mental Health First Aider: Certified to provide initial support for mental health and well-being.

• High Performance: Organiser of the Peak Performance & AI meetup group.
