Exploring life experiences through guided reflection.

  • Naikan reflective practice

  • narrative exploration

Transforming trauma into personal strength and wisdom.

  • identity reconstruction

  • Morita Therapy principles

  • future-focused reflection

Re-emerging with a renewed sense of purpose and self.
